Alice will talk about Chile's long history of small-scale viticulture and the new wave of natural winemakers emerging from the South. Danilo will explain the ingredients of the degustations and how important are in Colombia on the everyday meal.

We will have Furphy, Geelong refreshing ale, and a couple of extra wine bottles if you feel like chilling a little bit after.
